ANTI SPAM POLICY
At SMTPGET , we’ve crafted a strong, zero-tolerance anti-spam policy. We provide a facility that enables users to send email messages to others. Users are not allowed to use this software for sending indiscriminate or unsought messages. If you feel one of our customers has sent you spam, please email us below and we’ll immediately take steps to solve the problem.
We at SMTPGET which is a subsidiary of Panache Softech are anti-spam. We hold the privacy of all users in the highest regard, as well as the recipients of emails sent by our customers.
Law Against Sending Spam
The Federal CAN-SPAM Act, put into law in 2003, dictates rules in sending commercial email. We at SMTPGET vigorously follow these rules. The law is specific about requirements to send commercial email and empowers the federal government to enforce the law.The penalties can include a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
In India The IT Act 2000 prohibits malicious communication through electronic means.
How to be Protected from Spam
All SMTPGET customers are bound, by law, into following these guidelines. If you are sent an unexpected email from a customer, please let us know, but understand that there are steps you can follow:
-Click on the unsubscribe link in the unexpected email you receive.
-Contact our support staff and request that we take you off all all potential emails from SMTPGET
-If you feel one of our customers has sent you spam, please contact us at info@smtpget.com
